SURREY UNIVERSITY 1000-USER SURVEY
The following chart shows the results of a survey of 1,000 users of our our first portable ioniser (the International Portable) and foreunner of myairZone, carried out to determine how successful they considered they had been in relieving their complaints. The survey was conducted by researchers from Surrey University who selected users randomly from our sales records and then contacted them with a questionnaire. The response rate was considered exceptional at 89% and the team made specific reference to the unsolicited and enthusiastic comment added by many of the respondents. It is important to note that all those questioned had purchased an ionizer for self-treatment at home. Apart from advice supplied by us, or available from our company’s medical consultants to the purchaser’s own doctor, there was no supervision of the therapy or, indeed, any more than the briefest indication of how often and in what way the units should be used. Despite this the following levels of benefit were recorded:
